This is the project that me and my teammate work for New Zealand Right Commission to fight against the bullying at workplace.

• Based on the insight that people choose to stay silent and endure being bullied at work because of the fear of loosing their job.

• The idea “Behind the mask” campaign is asking people who have bad experiences at their workplaces or where they used to work to share their bully stories, making them wearing rabbit masks to protect their identities.
